Job Description

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial data is recorded timely and accurately.
  • Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to align with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Conduct tax filings, VAT declarations, and other statutory reports in compliance with local tax laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of audits, liaising with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and insights.
  • Monitor and reconcile account balances to ensure financial accuracy and mitigate discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Manage content creation for B2B materials, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and website updates.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Organize and execute B2B events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase products and build connections.
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies for creative and media support when needed.
  • Track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics, ensuring a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Experience
